David Jacobson is an Assistant General Counsel in the Office of Technology Development. He joined Memorial Sloan Kettering in 2014 as a Contract Attorney. He currently reviews material transfer agreements with industry partners, as well as confidentiality agreements, sponsored research agreements, data transfer and data use agreements, collaborative research agreements, and service agreements.
David received his LL.M. from Fordham University with a concentration in corporate compliance in 2021. He received his J.D. from the University of Florida, Levin College of Law in 2012. He received his B.A. from the University of Miami Honors Program in 2008. David was admitted to the Florida Bar in May of 2013, and David is registered with the State of New York as in-House Corporate Counsel.
