I am an assistant attending medical physicist in the Radiation Dosimetry Section within the Clinical Physics Service of the Department of Medical Physics. I earned my PhD in electrical engineering from Pennsylvania State University and was a postdoctoral research fellow in the Department of Radiation Oncology and Molecular Radiation Sciences at Johns Hopkins University. Afterward, I worked as a medical physicist in the Department of Radiation Medicine at Medstar Georgetown University Hospital. I joined the MSK faculty in May 2016.

My research interest is in automating radiotherapy inverse planning — using prior planning knowledge in automating new plan generation. I am a co-inventor of a patent associated with a knowledge-based planning system, which was licensed to Varian Medical Systems in 2015.
