Gemma Keam is an Assistant General Counsel in Memorial Sloan Kettering’s Office of Technology Development. She is a member of OTD’s Legal team that manages all agreements relating to MSK’s pre-clinical research.

Prior to joining MSK in 2021, Gemma was an Assistant General Counsel in the New York City Mayor’s Office of Contract Services. Previously, she served as an Agency Attorney in the Law Enforcement Bureau of the New York City Commission on Human Rights.

Gemma received her JD from American University Washington College of Law. She received her bachelor’s degree from UCLA. Gemma is admitted to the Bar in New York.
