Jae Zhong is the Digital Ventures Acceleration Lead in the Office of Entrepreneurship & Commercialization at MSK. Since joining OEC in March 2024, she leads venture acceleration programs for MSK Innovation Hub.
Jae’s background spans startup operations, investment, and ecosystem development. Prior to joining MSK, she was a Healthtech Investor at Dreamit Ventures, where she sourced and evaluated startups and managed relationships with healthcare partner networks. Before that, she founded a digital mental health startup in San Francisco, where she drove product development, fundraising, and go-to-market strategy.
As a Venture Fellow at the Yale Tsai Center for Innovative Thinking, she led a Femtech startup initiative and developed programming to support early-stage founders. Across these roles, she has focused on building the structures, mentor networks, and communities that enable early-stage companies to succeed.
Jae holds a Bachelor of Science in Biopsychology from the University of California, Davis and a Master of Public Health in Healthcare Management from Yale University.
