Jennifer Chen is a Senior Budget/Finance Analyst for the Office of Technology Development and Clinical Research Administration.  She joined OTD’s Operations & Finance team in 2019, after spending four years as a Senior Financial Analyst in Memorial Sloan Kettering’s Finance Department.

Jennifer’s previous experience includes Senior Financial Analyst roles at McGraw Hill Education, The Boeing Company, and Lockheed Martin. Earlier, she served as a Credit manager at Illinois Tool Works.

Jennifer received her MBA degree from Pepperdine University.  She graduated from UCLA with a BA degree in Economics.
