Kseniya (Shanna) Makarova is an   in Memorial Sloan Kettering’s Office of Technology Development, where she serves on the legal team’s Clinical Research Contracts unit. She joined MSK in 2021.

Previously, Shanna served as a Contracts Associate at the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia. Earlier, she was an Associate Attorney at Levy Baldante Finney Rubenstein, PC, a Philadelphia law firm, and a Lab Manager at GeneTyper, Inc.

Shanna received her law degree from Temple University Beasley School of Law in 2018. She earned a bachelor’s in biology with a concentration in neuroscience from Penn State University. She is admitted to the bar in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
