Leyi Shen is a senior project manager for drug development at MSK Therapeutics Bridge Labs (TxBL), having joined the organization in September 2025. Prior to his role at TxBL, Leyi was an associate director at Tri-Institutional Therapeutics Discovery Institute, where he specialized in antibody engineering.
Leyi is a medical graduate with graduate training in biochemistry and molecular biology. With a career spanning the biotechnology and pharmaceutical industries in addition to academic research, he brings extensive experience in biologics research and development. His contributions have facilitated the advancement of multiple biologics and small-molecule therapeutics into clinical trials.
