Nora Kostow is Manager, Drug Development in the MSK Therapeutics Bridge Labs (TxBL) program, in the Office of Entrepreneurship & Commercialization, where she does early-stage drug discovery research. She joined MSK in September 2025.
Nora’s prior experience includes early-stage drug discovery research including antibody discovery, antibody engineering, and antibody binding assays at the Sanders Tri-Institutional Therapeutics Discovery Institute (TDI).
Nora received her PhD from UC Berkeley in Molecular and Cell Biology in 2022. She studied host-pathogen interactions with a focus on how a bacterial pathogen induces host cell-cell fusion.
