Paul Balderes is a Principal in the MSK Therapeutics Bridge Labs (TxBL) program in the Office of Entrepreneurship & Commercialization. His responsibilities include managing a team of six scientists and directing the biologics discovery and development efforts TxBL. Paul joined MSK in September 2025, having recently served in the role of Senior Director Biologics Discovery at TRI-I Therapeutics Discovery Institute.
Previously Paul was at Eli Lilly in the Oncology Division, where he served as Director of Biologics Technology, contributing to the discovery and development of four commercially approved antibody therapeutics.
Paul received his Bachelor’s degree in Biology from Colgate University in 1982.
