- Evaluation & Matching: Company will be evaluated internally at MSK and potential MSK collaborators identified. If a company is selected, MSK collaborators and the company will work together to scope a project proposal.
- Negotiations and Contracting: MSK and the interested company will negotiate the specific terms of the collaboration, complete any technical vetting, and execute a collaboration agreement.
- Collaboration: 1-2 year period working on the scoped project. During this time, companies will have access to the broader MSK ecosystem of resources.
