VIDEO | 16:08

Return to nature with this guided meditation. Allow yourself to become more focused and present as you observe the calming, expansive surroundings. (16 minutes)

We are now ready to go to a beautiful meadow.

Begin by picturing a forest all around tall trees stretching up with branches outspread and a canopy of leaves rustling. The sun is flooding down through the leaves, illuminating the forest all around you. As the sun shines down in golden streamers of light, you see dust motes and insects illuminated in the air. Breathe in and Breathe out. Breathe in and breathe out.

You hear the sound of birds singing in the trees, and you notice that the leaves of the trees are that fresh, bright green of Every now and then, as the breeze blows, you see a glimpse of the blue sky far above. You feel that gentle breeze on your face. And when you take a breath, you can smell a clear, fresh air of the fires. Breathe in, and breathe out. Breathe in. And breathe.

Looking around, you see the floor of the forest is scattered with wild flowers. There are different colors and varieties all around. Some small, like flowers by of feet. Some pale Latin defloughs further away. There are even some yellow and red flowers scattered here and there. You stand for a moment admiring the beauty of the flowers and then take a breath. Breathe in and smell the sweet fragrance of the wildflower. In. and breath in and breath in and breath in a bumblebee pass it by.

Darting from one flower to another, he began to slowly walk through the forest, following a path that weaves through the trees. As you pass, you brush your hands against the trunks of the tree. Notice the texture of the bark on your fingers. Some of the trees the bark is cracked with deep ridges. Others, the bark is Ooh, almost like leather. You duck under low lying branches and step over the occasional fallen log until the path leads you to a clearing in the forest. You have discovered a meadow here in the heart of the forest.

Breathe in and Breathe in and breathe out.

Stepping out of the shadows of the forest, pours for a moment to allow your eyes to adjust to the sun. In that moment you take in the sight before you. A meadow thick green grass scattered with wild flowers gently swaying as a breeze blows by. You see a river cutting through the meadow and just where the river curves. A single tree sitting by the bank of the river. You take off your shoes and feel the soft, cool grass on your toes and feet and begin to walk towards the tree.

The grass feels wonderful on the soles of your feet as you wander over. Breathe in and breathe. Breathe in. And breathe.

As you get close to the riverbank, you can see the sunlight reflecting the surface of the river. And you can hear the gurgle, the water as it flows by. You settle down beside the tree and spend a moment watching the water flow by.

and breathe. You watch the water swirl, eddies and currents as it washes over rocks and stones on the riverbed. The sun is shining down from a blue sky. The light reflecting off the water. The green, green grass of the meadows with hundreds of tying wild wild scat. Breathe in and breathe. Birds singing from the trees, from the sight to butterflies and bumblebees, flitting from one flower to another.

In this beautiful place, spend a few minutes letting the tranquility, the peace, so indeed breathe in and breathe in and breathe in and breathe out.

I'm going to go to the next one.

Laying in back down the thick green grass. Comfortable against your head and back in notice, you want the sun on your skin. And as that warmth spreads, allowing yourself to just unwind.

First, notice the sunlight on your face. Begin to feel that warmth Melt away any tightness and tension you feel. Allow your brow to let go. Chicks to relax. As you become aware of that sunwond, that warmth. Follow it down long and neck. No real collarbone. Notice the warmth that it soaks in. Let the shoulders relax. Let them saddle and sink into the soft, soft grass.

Breathe in and breathe in and breathe.

Feel your shoulders relax. Feel your elbows release. Feel the warmth flow down. From your elbows, Your arms to your wrists, your hands, your fingers. Feel that warmth spread into the palms of your hands. Allow the tips of your fingers to tingle. Breathe in and breathe in. Breathe in.

The warm sunlight shining down, and you follow that warmth. Now, and... and breath out. Breathe in and breathe. You realize that not only has your body completely relaxed, but your mind has also calmed your thoughts have settled and as you lay here in this tranquil meadow, You feel clear, calm and a peace. You feel good.

Hold on to that feeling. Watch the river flow by. Listen to the sounds of nature all around. You stay there for as long as you'd like. Simply. Breathing in and then breathe in and breathe.

The blue sky, the green rocks, the scent of the wildflowers.

The lush green beads of the tree. I think buzz in space. The gargoyle, the river, and the sound, the third song from the tree. And you, breathing in, the best. Breathe in. And...
