Evaluation of Revaree Plus in Women with Breast Cancer

Purpose

Researchers are doing this study to see if Revaree Plus improves vaginal health in people treated for breast cancer. The people in this study are having symptoms of vaginal dryness or discomfort during breast cancer treatment.

The researchers will also see if Revaree Plus helps sexual function and whether participants are satisfied with this treatment. They will measure sexual function and participant satisfaction through questionnaires.

Revaree Plus is a non-hormonal vaginal suppository moisturizer. It is currently used to treat vaginal dryness related to menopause.

Who Can Join

To join this study, there are a few conditions. You must:

  • Have had chemotherapy or radiation therapy for stage 0-3 hormone receptor-positive breast cancer.
  • Be taking an aromatase inhibitor or tamoxifen.
  • Be experiencing vaginal symptoms such as dryness or discomfort during sex.
  • Be able to complete questionnaires in English or Spanish.
  • Be age 18 or older.
