People with cancer often experience a wide range of symptoms and side effects from treatment, with fatigue being one of the most common and distressing. Ayurveda, an ancient healing system from India, offers a holistic approach to supporting health and well-being through individualized diet, lifestyle, and mind-body practices.
In this 3-week educational and experiential series, participants will learn simple, practical Ayurvedic approaches to managing fatigue, including supportive daily routines, mindful nutrition, stress reduction techniques, and restorative self-care practices. Each session will offer practical tools that can be safely integrated into everyday life to help support energy, resilience, and overall well-being during and after cancer treatment.
