Join this beginner-level online barre class taught by an MSK dance/movement therapist to improve your balance and flexibility. Each class will break down the building blocks of movement using a combination of postures inspired by ballet, jazz, and Pilates. With a focus on strengthening, alignment, and mobility, Barre Basics will help tone your body and improve your range of motion so you can move with confidence.
This class is open to people who have been treated for cancer and their caregivers.
