The space between what we know and what is yet to be discovered about COVID-19 can leave us feeling worried and fearful. Mindfulness meditation teaches us how to stay in the present moment without dwelling in the past or future, as well how to accept our feelings and emotions without judgment. In this four-week series, we will practice meditation and mindfulness techniques to help manage worry, recurring thoughts, and restlessness.
This class is designed for people with some prior meditation experience.
Weekly; Thursdays, April 23rd to May 14th

You will need:
- A computer with a high-speed Internet connection or a tablet such as an iPad or a smartphone.
- A webcam, speaker, and microphone. If you do not have a microphone and speaker, you can participate in the class by phone. You will receive the phone number once you register.
