Description
This gentle, supportive yoga class is designed for individuals in treatment, recovery, or living with cancer. Led by a yoga therapist, the class includes a combination of seated and standing movements to help improve balance and strength, reduce fall risk, and build confidence in everyday activities. Postures and movements can be adapted, and participants may choose to practice entirely seated if more accessible.
Audience: This workshop is open to people who have been treated for cancer and their caregivers.
