MSK’s Meditation 101 workshop teaches the basics of mindfulness. You will become aware of your natural ability to pay attention to your body, surroundings, and reactions to stress.
In six classes, Beth Sandweiss, a certified mindfulness teacher, will help you learn meditation and guided imagery techniques for controlling stress and building resilience.
Time: 3:30 pm - 5:00 pm
This workshop is open to everyone affected by cancer — patients, caregivers, and survivors.
