In this six-week class, an MSK yoga instructor will lead you through a series of yoga poses, also known as asana, to help you manage short- and long-term side effects of cancer treatment. Each class will set aside time for a guided meditation. This time can help reduce feelings of stress a cancer diagnosis brings into your daily life.
Our MSK yoga instructor will guide you on how to transition between poses safely and practice breathing exercises that support the lymphatic and nervous systems.
This class is open to people who have been treated for cancer and their caregivers.
