This six-class series is specially designed to support cancer patients on their journey towards healing and recovery, physically, mentally, and emotionally. Led by an MSK dance therapist with a deep understanding of both movement and the challenges faced by patients with cancer and survivors, this series offers a nurturing and empowering environment where participants can rejuvenate their bodies, minds, and spirits through the joy of dance. Each class offers a warm-up, structured dance lesson incorporating a range of dance styles, and an opportunity for free, creative expression. Feel a sense of community and be part of a space to share your experiences and find support.
Audience: This class is open to people who have been treated for cancer and their caregivers.
