Qigong Essentials: A Gateway to Traditional Chinese Medicine (online workshop)

This workshop offers a gentle and accessible introduction to the foundations of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) through the practice of a famous Qigong exercise series called the “Eight Brocades.” Designed especially for people dealing with cancer, it combines simple, mindful movements with guided breathing to support relaxation, resilience, and a renewed sense of balance.

As you learn each of the Eight Brocades exercises, you’ll also be introduced to the underlying TCM principles of energy flow, organ systems, and harmony within the body. The workshop will explore how these movements relate to other TCM practices, such as acupuncture and therapeutic massage, can help support healing and well-being.
