Qigong refers to the energy building exercises and moving meditations taught as a complement to tai chi and other martial arts. It brings together physical movement with breathing and mindful intent.
Each week, we will explore the basic theories, exercises, and techniques of qigong. We will focus on improving balance and strength, which can be impacted during cancer and its treatments. Together, we will practice whole body coordination and creativity, while learning to adapt to constant change.
