In this weekly online series, we will focus on the intermediate part of the Yang style short form. An MSK mind-body instructor will guide you through evidence-based tai chi practices that will allow you to stay mobile and active for as long as possible. Through principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine, we will explore how tai chi can not only improve our coordination and balance, but also reduce fatigue, and cultivate a more robust immune system to help us weather the winter months.
