Description
Over the next six weeks, we will practice yoga postures actively to help support compression forces in the muscles to help build bone. The practice will integrate breath awareness and mindful movement to support strength, flexibility, and relaxation. Each session will end with mindful breathing practices and guided meditation to induce a relaxation response and ease.
Audience
This class is open to people who have been treated for cancer and their caregivers.
