In this six-week series, you will learn yoga poses and breathing techniques to improve daily energy and vitality. We will start with grounded and gentle movements (yoga asana) and build slowly to more challenging standing postures. We will finish with a restorative sequence and guided relaxation to slow down the nervous system and turn on the rest-and-digest response.
This class is open to people who have been treated for cancer and their caregivers. No prior yoga experience is required, and all levels are welcome.
