Description

Discover the functional benefits of a traditional Vinyasa yoga practice.  Learn to use your breath and yoga to reduce fatigue, improve range of motion, and optimize your overall health while practicing safe social distancing. You can participate in this class using a yoga mat or a chair.

Audience

This class is open to all people who have been treated for cancer and their caregivers.

Every Monday from September 14 to November 2

This class is taught online through Zoom, a videoconferencing system.

  • You will need to use:
  • A computer with a high-speed Internet connection, or a tablet, such as an iPad, or a smartphone
  • A webcam, speaker, and microphone. If you do not have a microphone and speaker, you can participate in the class by phone. You will receive the phone number once you register.
  • Google Chrome or Firefox as your browser
