Description

Learn tools and practices to keep mind, body, and spirit connected during these uncertain times. You will practice asana movements to keep the joints, muscles, and bones strong. Your yoga teacher will also lead you through breath work, known as pranayama, and mindful meditations to calm the nervous system and create a sense of inner calm. You can participate in this class using a yoga mat or a chair.

Audience

This class is open to all people who have been treated for cancer and their caregivers.

This class is taught online through Zoom, a videoconferencing system.

  • You will need to use:
  • A computer with a high-speed Internet connection, or a tablet, such as an iPad, or a smartphone
  • A webcam, speaker, and microphone. If you do not have a microphone and speaker, you can participate in the class by phone. You will receive the phone number once you register.
  • Google Chrome or Firefox as your browser

Class Fee: $125, which includes four classes with a certified yoga teacher
