Yoga for Sleep teaches you tools to enjoy refreshing sleep, while naturally releasing stress and muscle tension. With the support of our yoga teacher, you will practice relaxing poses and simple breathing techniques meant to put your mind and body at ease.
Yoga classes at MSK are taught by certified instructors. They have special experience and training to teach yoga to people with cancer. Yoga for Sleep is a safe class for people experiencing post-treatment side-effects, including insomnia and cancer-related fatigue.
