Yoga for Sleep teaches you tools to enjoy refreshing sleep, while releasing stress and muscle tension. With the support of our yoga teacher, you will practice relaxing poses and simple breathing techniques meant to put your mind and body at ease.
This workshop is open to everyone affected by cancer — patients, caregivers, and survivors.
Open to all patients who are receiving treatment at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center. Caregivers of an MSK patient are welcome to join.
