Living constantly short on sleep can take a toll on your health and happiness. Yoga for Sleep teaches you tools to enjoy naturally sound sleep and set healthy bedtime habits for yourself, while releasing stress and muscle tension. Our yoga classes are accessible to everyone, regardless of age, health, or physical fitness. Lessons are taught by a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT).
Open to all patients who are receiving treatment at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center. Caregivers of an MSK patient are welcome to join.
