I am a board-certified hematologist-oncologist, and my clinical activity and research focus on stem cell transplantation for patients with blood disorders. I trained and worked for many years at the University of Texas M.D. Anderson Cancer Center, where I was Deputy Chair of the Department of Stem Cell Transplantation and Cellular Therapies. In May 2010, I joined the faculty of Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center to lead the Adult Bone Marrow Transplant Service and served as Chief until February 2020.

MSK radiation oncologist Boris Mychalczak cares for people with a variety of cancers at MSK Westchester and MSK Bergen. He is particularly focused on prostate cancer, breast cancer, and gynecologic cancers. He is an expert in the most sophisticated forms of radiation therapy, including stereotactic body radiosurgery, brachytherapy, intensity-modulated radiation therapy, and image-guided radiation therapy. He sees approximately 350 new patients each year.

I am a surgeon who treats people for stomach (gastric) cancer and soft tissue sarcomas such as gastrointestinal stromal tumors (GIST). I see patients at Memorial Hospital and Rockefeller Outpatient Pavilion in New York City and Memorial Sloan Kettering Monmouth in New Jersey. As a surgeon, I aim to not just surgically remove the cancer but to take care of my patients and their families in a holistic way.
