Primary Gleason at biopsy Possible values are Pattern 3, Pattern 4, or Pattern 5
Secondary Gleason at biopsy Possible values are Pattern 3, Pattern 4, or Pattern 5
Biopsy Gleason score
Clinical Tumor Stages
Clinical Tumor Stage (AJCC Version 7, 2010) Possible values are T1a, T1b, T1c, T2a, T2b, T2c, T3a, T3b, or T3c
Biopsy Cores
Number of positive biopsy cores Must be between 1 and 20 cores.
Number of negative biopsy cores Must be between 0 and 20 cores.
Percentage of positive biopsy cores Must be between 0 and 100%.
