Memorial Sloan Kettering’s Office of Postdoctoral Affairs strives to provide postdocs with the resources they need during their training to thrive in both their personal and professional lives. Our postdocs receive a generous salary and benefits package with yearly salary increases. Our immigration services staff supports international postdocs in securing appropriate visas for the duration of their training.

In addition, our research community provides postdocs with training in ethics, personal and professional responsibility, and safety, as well as assistance in obtaining grants and fellowships.

Advocacy and community building are fundamental to the postdoctoral training experience. Memorial Sloan Kettering’s Postdoctoral Association (MSK-PDA) provides opportunities for trainees to promote positive change in their community and to connect with one another through a variety of social events.
