A post-doctoral position is currently available in our laboratory open to highly motivated candidates with a background in molecular biology, genetics, cancer biology, and cell culture. Experience with organoid cell culture a plus, but not required. The primary interest of our research group is to understand mechanisms of resistance and clonal evolution after local therapy (embolization and ablation). Projects will include functional assays on patient-derived organoids, and next-generation sequencing and transcriptome analysis of human primary and metastatic tissues.
Applicants should hold a PhD and/or MD degree and have strong laboratory and analytical skills.
