- To integrate the patient, family, and caregiver perspective into every aspect of MSK’s efforts to prevent, diagnose, treat, and end cancer for life.
- For every patient, family member, and caregiver to experience state of the art cancer care that is safe, responsive, compassionate, efficient, collaborative, transparent, and respectful.

PFACQ has 55 members that include patients, caregivers, Staff Ambassadors and Physician Champions.
