Researchers want to see if ASTX727 is practical and safe for people with high-risk clonal cytopenia of undetermined significance (CCUS). With CCUS, there is a mutation (change) in one or more of the genes that help blood cells develop. People with CCUS have low levels of certain kinds of blood cells. CCUS can lead to precancerous conditions such as myelodysplastic syndrome or blood cancers such as acute myeloid leukemia.
BV-AVD is a combination of drugs used to treat advanced (stage 3 or 4) Hodgkin lymphoma. Researchers in this study want to see how well it works to treat early-stage bulky Hodgkin lymphoma. The people in this study have stage 1 or 2 bulky Hodgkin lymphoma that has not yet been treated.

Researchers want to see if zongertinib is safe and works well to treat advanced solid tumors. The people in this study have solid tumors that metastasized (spread). The tumors contain an abnormal HER2 protein (mutation) or too much HER2 (overexpression/amplification). HER2 promotes the growth of cancer cells.
Roginolisib works by blocking a protein called PI3K-delta. By blocking this protein, roginolisib may strengthen your immune system's ability to fight cancer cells. It is taken orally (by mouth).
Cushing's syndrome occurs when the adrenal glands produce too much of the "stress hormone" known as cortisol. This can be caused by a tumor which develops in the pituitary gland and secretes a hormone called adrenocorticotropic hormone (ACTH). Cushing's syndrome can also be caused by an ACTH-secreting tumor elsewhere in the body, or by a tumor in the adrenal glands that makes cortisol.
Removal of axillary (underarm) lymph nodes to check for cancer cells is often a part of breast cancer surgery. This procedure is called axillary lymph node dissection (ALND). After ALND, some people have swelling in that arm (lymphedema).

Daunorubicin, cytarabine, and gemtuzumab ozogamicin are different chemotherapy drugs used to treat acute myeloid leukemia (AML). CPX-351 is made up of daunorubicin and cytarabine. It is created in a way that makes the drugs stay in the bone marrow longer and could be less likely to cause heart problems than traditional anthracycline drugs, a common class of chemotherapy drugs used in cancer care.
Researchers want to find the best dose of avutometinib to treat children and young adults with advanced solid tumors. The people in this study have cancers that have spread or come back after treatment. In addition, their cancers have a mutation (change or variant) in a protein family called MAPK. These proteins tell cancer cells to grow.
