The purpose of this study is to find the highest dose of the investigational drug PF-07799933 that can be given alone and in combination with binimetinib or cetuximab in people with advanced solid tumors that have continued to grow despite treatment and contain a mutation in the BRAF gene. A mutated BRAF gene makes a protein that sends signals to cancer cells to grow and divide. While some anti-cancer drugs only work for certain BRAF mutations, the investigational drug PF-07799933 may target all types of BRAF mutant proteins, blocking them from sending these signals and causing cancer cells to die.
Their tumors are also mismatch repair proficient (MMRp)/microsatellite stable (MSS). MMRp/MMS means that their cells are working normally to repair any mistakes made during cell division.

The people in this study have cancer that has spread (advanced) or cannot be removed with surgery (inoperable). These include colorectal cancer, non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC), pancreatic cancer, and other solid tumors.
Researchers are assessing trametinib and azacitidine alone and with other drugs to treat leukemia in young people. The people in this study have newly diagnosed juvenile myelomonocytic leukemia (JMML).
Researchers want to see if tumor-treating fields (TTFields) are safe and practical for people with lung adenocarcinoma before surgery. Lung adenocarcinoma is a type of lung cancer. If you join this study, you will get treatment with TTFields for up to 3 weeks before lung cancer surgery.
This study is assessing the safety and effectiveness of giving tucatinib and trastuzumab followed by standard CAPOX chemotherapy (the drugs capecitabine and oxaliplatin) in people with locally advanced rectal cancer that has not yet been treated and makes a protein called HER2. Tucatinib and trastuzumab both block HER2, which stimulates cancer cell growth.
Glioblastomas that have an "unmethylated" MGMT gene are less likely to respond to the standard chemotherapy drug temozolomide. In this study, researchers are comparing three investigational treatments (abemaciclib, CC-115, and neratinib) with the standard treatment (temozolomide and radiation therapy) in patients newly diagnosed with glioblastoma.
Researchers want to see if adding zanidatamab to standard treatment works well against biliary tract cancer. The people in this study have biliary tract cancer that has spread or cannot be removed with surgery. In addition, their cancers make a protein called HER2.
