Researchers want to find the best dose of AZD0305 to use in people with multiple myeloma. The people in this study have multiple myeloma that came back or keeps growing after treatment. AZD0305 is given intravenously (by vein).
Nadofaragene firadenovec is a gene therapy that delivers a copy of a protein called IFNa2b to your kidney. This may help your immune system find and destroy cancer cells. By killing the cancer cells, nadofaragene firadenovec may cause your cancer to stop growing and spreading.
Researchers want to find the best dose of AZD0754 for people with prostate cancer. The patients in this study have prostate cancer that has metastasized (spread).
Padeliporfin VTP (vascular targeted photodynamic) therapy uses targeted laser light to destroy cancer cells while causing minimal damage to the tissues around the cancer. In this study, researchers want to learn if padeliporfin VTP therapy is effective and safe for people with low-grade upper urothelial cancers (tumors of the kidney or ureter) that have not spread.
Researchers want to find the best doses of abemaciclib and cabozantinib to use in people with advanced kidney cancer. The people in this study have clear cell renal cell carcinoma that metastasized (spread); they previously received other kidney cancer therapies. In addition, their cancer keeps growing even after 2 or 3 prior treatments, including checkpoint inhibitor immunotherapy.
Gemcitabine and oxaliplatin (GemOx) is a standard chemotherapy combination used to treat a cancer of the bile ducts called cholangiocarcinoma. In this study, researchers want to see if adding another treatment that is delivered by a pump device (hepatic arterial infusion or HAI) to GemOx therapy is more effective than GemOx alone for patients with previously untreated inoperable cholangiocarcinoma. The HAI pump, which is implanted in the abdomen during a surgical procedure, continuously delivers the drugs floxuridine and dexamethasone directly to the liver.
