Cancer that has spread from a solid tumor to the membranes lining the brain and spinal cord (leptomeninges) is called "leptomeningeal metastasis." Cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) is located between the leptomeninges, in a place called the "intrathecal space." Cancer cells within the CSF rely on iron for growth and survival. Researchers think that the study drug, deferoxamine (DFO), may be an effective treatment for leptomeningeal metastases because it helps remove iron from the body (including the CSF).
Researchers want to find the best dose of BDTX-4933 to use in people with advanced lung cancer. The people in this study have non-small cell lung cancer that has a mutation (change or variant) in the BRAF or KRAS genes (KRAS non-G12C mutation). This mutation can cause cancer cells to grow.
Researchers are comparing mosunetuzumab to the usual treatment (rituximab) for nodular lymphocyte-predominant Hodgkin lymphoma (NLPHL). They want to see if one drug is more effective than the other to shrink the cancer with a long-lasting response.

There is not an accepted or usual approach to treat patients 75 years of age or older diagnosed with diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL). Doctors are seeking effective but less intensive treatment regimens, with fewer side effects, for these patients. A standard treatment for DLBCL is R-CHOP (a combination of the drugs rituximab, cyclophosphamide, doxorubicin, vincristine, and prednisone).

The current standard treatment for throat cancer that is positive for the human papillomavirus (HPV) is 7 weeks of daily radiation therapy given together with chemotherapy, but this treatment can have severe side effects. In this study, researchers are assessing significantly lower doses of radiation (3 weeks) to achieve local and regional control of the tumor with significantly fewer side effects. Treatments will be given in combination with lower doses of chemotherapy (cisplatin, carboplatin, and 5-fluorouracil) as well in people with HPV-positive throat cancer.
Researchers are comparing two combination treatments for breast cancer that has metastasized (spread) or is inoperable (cannot be removed surgically). The people in this study have breast cancer that has hormone receptors (HR) but is negative for the HER2 protein.
Researchers are assessing the effectiveness of the combination of lenvatinib, pembrolizumab immunotherapy, and fulvestrant to treat advanced breast cancer. The people in this study have inoperable or metastatic breast cancer (cancer that has spread) that is estrogen receptor-positive and HER2-negative.
