For people with newly diagnosed acute myeloid leukemia (AML), the more leukemia cells are destroyed, the better their long-term outcomes. In this study, researchers want to see adding venetoclax to standard chemotherapy (daunorubicin/cytarabine) or giving it with azacitidine works better than standard therapy for getting rid of the small amount of remaining leukemia cells. The people in this study include young adults with intermediate-risk AML.
Researchers want to find the best doses of ziftomenib to use with other drugs to treat leukemia. The people in this study have acute myeloid leukemia (AML) that keeps growing even with treatment. In addition, they have AML with changes in the NPM1, KMT2A, or FLT3 genes.
Researchers are assessing GC012F (AZD0120) in people with multiple myeloma that came back or keeps growing after treatment. In the first part of this study, researchers will find the best dose of GC012F to use in patients. In the second part of the study, they will assess this dose to treat advanced multiple myeloma.
People with endometrial cancer often gain weight during and after chemotherapy. Medicines to reduce the risk of an allergic reaction for people receiving chemotherapy can also raise blood sugar. Weight gain can affect overall health and cancer recovery.
Some people treated for acute myeloid leukemia (AML) with induction (initial) chemotherapy are left with minimal residual disease (MRD). With MRD, there is a small number of leukemia cells from the bone marrow remaining in the body. MRD increases the chance that the cancer will come back after a bone marrow transplant from a donor.
Researchers want to find the best doses of BNT324 and BNT327 when given together to treat lung cancer. The people in this study have lung cancer that spread and came back or got worse after treatment.

Researchers want to see if ficerafusp alfa plus pembrolizumab is safe and works well against head and neck cancer. They will assess different doses of ficerafusp alfa to find the best one. The people in this study have head and neck squamous cell carcinoma. Their cancers have come back or metastasized (spread) after treatment.
