Researchers are comparing RMC-6236 with standard therapy in people with advanced pancreatic cancer. The people in this study have pancreatic cancer that has metastasized (spread) and keeps growing even after treatment.

Metaiodobenzylguanidine (MIBG) is a substance taken up specifically by neuroblastoma, pheochromocytoma, or paraganglioma tumor cells. MIBG can be combined with radioactive iodine (<sup>131</sup>I) in the laboratory to form the radioactive compound <sup>131</sup>I-MIBG. The <sup>131</sup>I-MIBG compound concentrates more in cancer cells than in normal cells. It may therefore deliver more radiation directly to cancer cells while sparing normal organs.
Trastuzumab is an anticancer medication that targets HER2, a protein overproduced by some cancers of the stomach (gastric cancers) and the junction between the stomach and esophagus (gastro-esophageal junction or GEJ cancers). In this study, researchers are evaluating the safety of combining the drug trastuzumab deruxtecan (T-DXd) with immunotherapy and/or chemotherapy in patients with inoperable or metastatic stomach and GEJ cancers that have come back or continued to grow despite prior treatment.

The purpose of this study is to find the highest dose of the investigational drug STK-012 that can be given safely in combination with pembrolizumab immunotherapy to people with solid tumors that have spread or come back despite prior treatment. STK-012 is a modified form of a protein called interleukin-2, which is normally made by the immune system. It may help to multiply and activate tumor-killing cells of the immune system.
Researchers are assessing different doses of TNG462 to give with daraxonrasib or zoldonrasib in people with advanced cancer. The people in this study have pancreatic cancer or non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) that spread beyond its original location. In addition, their cancers have a mutation (change) in the RAS gene and are missing a protein called MTAP.
The purpose of this study is to find the highest dose of the investigational immunotherapy drug TJ033721 that can be given safely in people with advanced cancers of the pancreas, esophagus, stomach, or junction between the esophagus and stomach. TJ033721 is an antibody that binds to Claudin 18.2, a protein expressed on some cancers cells, and to 4-1BB, a protein found on immune cells. TJ033721 may strengthen the immune system's ability to fight cancer cells by activating a patient's own cells to destroy the tumor. It is given intravenously (by vein).
