The purpose of this study is to find the highest dose of the investigational drug RLY-2608 that can be used alone in people with advanced solid tumors and with fulvestrant in people with advanced breast cancer. Participants in this study will have cancers that contain a mutation in a gene called PIK3CA. Their cancers must have continued to grow despite treatment or be inoperable.

The purpose of this study is to find the highest dose of the investigational immunotherapy drug TJ033721 that can be given safely in people with advanced cancers of the pancreas, esophagus, stomach, or junction between the esophagus and stomach. TJ033721 is an antibody that binds to Claudin 18.2, a protein expressed on some cancers cells, and to 4-1BB, a protein found on immune cells. TJ033721 may strengthen the immune system's ability to fight cancer cells by activating a patient's own cells to destroy the tumor. It is given intravenously (by vein).

Prostate cancers initially need the male hormone testosterone for growth. Hormone therapies that lower the level of testosterone are among the best treatments for prostate cancers that have metastasized (spread). The benefits of hormone treatments do not last, however. Over time, many prostate cancers keep growing even with hormonal therapies. These are called metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancers (mCRPC).

Researchers want to see if tumor-treating fields (TTFields) are safe and practical for people with lung adenocarcinoma before surgery. Lung adenocarcinoma is a type of lung cancer. If you join this study, you will get treatment with TTFields for up to 3 weeks before lung cancer surgery.

Researchers are doing this study to see how well COM701 immunotherapy works when used as maintenance therapy for ovarian cancer. Maintenance therapy helps keep cancer from growing again after it shrank or stopped growing following earlier treatment.

The purpose of this study is to see if the drug pasireotide works well to treat prolactinomas. Prolactinomas are noncancerous pituitary gland tumors that make too much prolactin. Prolactin is a hormone that causes the body to make less estrogen and testosterone (sex hormones).

The purpose of this study is to see how well sotorasib works in people with advanced lung cancer. The people in this study have non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) with a mutation (change) in the KRAS G12C gene. This mutation can cause cancer cells to grow. In addition, the people in this study have not received treatment for their cancer since it became advanced.

The purpose of this study is to find the highest dose of the investigational drug PF-07799933 that can be given alone and in combination with binimetinib or cetuximab in people with advanced solid tumors that have continued to grow despite treatment and contain a mutation in the BRAF gene. A mutated BRAF gene makes a protein that sends signals to cancer cells to grow and divide. While some anti-cancer drugs only work for certain BRAF mutations, the investigational drug PF-07799933 may target all types of BRAF mutant proteins, blocking them from sending these signals and causing cancer cells to die.

TL-895 blocks the action of an enzyme called Bruton's tyrosine kinase (BTK). Tyrosine kinases are involved in many cell functions, including signaling, growth, and division. The activation of BTK in mast cells may trigger ISM symptoms. TL-895 is taken orally (by mouth).
