Researchers want to see how well reparixin works against myelofibrosis. This disease is a rare bone marrow cancer that disrupts your body's normal blood cell production. 
Brentuximab vedotin (BV) plus chemotherapy with the drugs cyclophosphamide, doxorubicin, and prednisone (CHP) is a standard treatment for T-cell lymphomas that make the CD30 protein. Researchers want to see if BV with an enhanced chemotherapy regimen that includes etoposide works better in people with T-cell lymphomas.

Aromatase inhibitors (AIs) are drugs that many people take for several years after initial breast cancer treatment. They are designed to reduce the chance that the breast cancer will come back. However, people who take AIs often develop a type of joint pain known as aromatase inhibitor-associated arthralgia (AIA). Those with AIA often reduce their physical activity and have an increased risk of falling. Some people stop taking their AIs because of this pain.
Researchers in this study are assessing the combination of enfortumab vedotin with pembrolizumab immunotherapy in people with bladder cancer that has spread to nearby lymph nodes and will be surgically removed. Both medications are already used to treat bladder cancer, but their use together before surgery is considered investigational. Both drugs help the immune system attack and kill cancer cells. The study investigators will see if this combination treatment can get rid of cancer in the lymph nodes and shrink patients' tumors before surgery.
The purpose of this study is to assess the safety and effectiveness of treatment with axitinib and nivolumab immunotherapy for people with advanced mucosal melanoma that has not yet been treated. Axitinib blocks the development of blood vessels that cancer cells need to grow and spread ("angiogenesis"). Nivolumab boosts the ability of the immune system to detect and destroy cancer cells.
Anaplastic large cell lymphoma (ALCL) is a type of T-cell cancer. This cancer has a fusion (change) in the ALK gene. The fusion gene makes a protein that promotes cancer growth and survival. This type of cancer is called ALK-positive ALCL.

Researchers are comparing AZD0901 with standard treatments in people with advanced gastric cancer. The people in this study have cancer of the stomach or the junction between the esophagus and stomach (gastroesophageal junction). The people in this study have cancers that make a protein called Claudin18.2 (CLDN18.2).
