Researchers are assessing a new treatment for people with prostate cancer that has not spread but has a high risk of spreading. The new treatment, 2141-V11, will be given with standard prostate cancer therapies.
Researchers want to learn how well zelenectide pevedotin works against advanced breast cancer. The people in this study have breast cancer that has come back, spread, or cannot be surgically removed. Their cancers are hormone receptor positive/HER2-negative or are triple negative. In addition, their tumor cells have an amplification (too many copies) of a gene called Nectin4.
Researchers want to find the best dose of REM-422 to use in people with advanced adenoid cystic cancer (ACC). ACC most commonly starts in the salivary glands. The people in this study have ACC that has spread and may high levels of a protein called MYB. This protein can cause cancer cells to grow.
Ruxolitinib is used to treat myelofibrosis, a rare bone marrow cancer that disrupts your body's normal blood cell production. Some people taking this drug, however, keep having symptoms. Researchers want to see if adding the drug ulixertinib to ruxolitinib treatment is safe and works better to treat myelofibrosis.
Researchers want to see how well ivosidenib works to treat conventional chondrosarcoma that has metastasized (spread). Chondrosarcoma is a type of bone cancer that forms in cartilage cells. The people in this study have metastatic conventional chondrosarcoma that has a mutation (change) in the IDH1 gene.
Researchers want to find the highest dose of DISC-0974 to use in people with myelofibrosis and anemia. Myelofibrosis happens when bone marrow cells called fibroblasts make too much fibrous (scar) tissue. The bone marrow is not able to make enough blood cells, which leads to anemia. Anemia is a reduced number of red blood cells, and it causes tiredness and shortness of breath.
The purpose of this study is to assess the safety and effectiveness of different combinations of drugs to treat advanced clear cell renal cell carcinoma, a type of kidney cancer, in patients who have not received any prior treatment or who have recently developed worsening disease while receiving immunotherapy that targets the PD-1/PD-L1 proteins.
The purpose of this study is to see whether the combination of melphalan, BCNU, vitamin B12b, and vitamin C, followed by autologous (self) bone marrow stem cell infusion, is safe and effective for treating patients with advanced pancreatic cancer who have a BRCA1 and/or BRCA2 gene mutation.
