This study is comparing the effectiveness of combination chemotherapy plus tucatinib and trastuzumab versus combination chemotherapy alone in people with metastatic colorectal cancer that is positive for the HER2 protein. The combination chemotherapy is called mFOLFOX6 (oxaliplatin, leucovorin or levoleucovorin, and fluorouracil) and it is a standard treatment for advanced colorectal cancer.

Surgery is the primary treatment for skin cancer. Patients' perception of the scar following surgery for facial skin cancer may significantly influence their satisfaction with their care. The purpose of this study is to assess patients' satisfaction with the appearance of their face and scar after skin cancer surgery at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center (MSK), as well as their quality of life after the surgery.

Researchers want to see if dietary changes can affect chemotherapy response or quality of life in people newly diagnosed with multiple myeloma. The people in this study are receiving standard induction (initial) chemotherapy with daratumumab or isatuximab, lenalidomide, bortezomib, and dexamethasone (DRVd).
Umbilical card blood is rich in healthy, blood-forming cells (stem cells) that are very good at fighting blood cancers. Cord blood transplants (CBT) are a standard treatment for adults with blood cancers who lack a genetically matched stem cell donor. Cord blood is donated by a baby's mother at birth. CBT uses stem cells from cord blood collections to replace cells that have been destroyed by disease or anti-cancer treatment.
