Researchers want to find the best dose of D3L-001 to treat advanced breast cancer. The people in this study have breast cancer that cannot be cured with standard therapies. Their tumors also make the HER2 protein, which plays a role in cancer growth.
Autologous stem cell transplant (ASCT) is a standard treatment for multiple myeloma. An ASCT replaces the blood-forming cells destroyed by disease or treatment with healthy cells collected from your blood. Before ASCT, people generally receive a standard drug, melphalan, to prepare the body for the transplant.

People with cancer often complain that their "mind does not seem to be clear." This can be due to stress, depression or anxiety, or physical problems, or may be due to some cancer treatments. The purpose of this study is to better understand the effects of cancer treatments on thinking (cognitive) abilities and memory in people with breast cancer over age 60. Thinking abilities and memory may decrease with age, and the effects of some treatments could make this problem worse in older people with breast cancer.
Researchers are assessing MEDI5752 and AZD2936 with standard treatments in people with cancer. The people in this study have primary liver or biliary cancer, including biliary tract or gallbladder cancer, that spread or cannot be surgically removed (inoperable). In addition, they have not yet received treatment for the cancer.
Treatment for cancer can cause unwanted side effects affecting the skin that may be associated with itching or pain. These side effects may have a direct link to the immune system's response to cancer.
The usual approach to managing HPV-related oropharynx cancer in people whose tumors have a higher risk of coming back after surgery is to use radiation therapy to prevent tumor relapse. However, not all patients have tumors that come back after surgery, and many may not need radiation therapy at all, or only need it later when there are early signs of the cancer coming back.
