Researchers want to see how well ulixertinib works in people with histiocytic neoplasms. Histiocytic neoplasms are rare diseases in which too many white blood cells called histiocytes build up in tissues and organs. This can cause damage to tissue or tumor(s) to form. The tumor(s) may be benign (not cancer) or malignant (cancer). There are different types of histiocytic neoplasms, including:
Sacituzumab govitecan targets and destroys cells that make a protein called TROP-2. Researchers have found this protein to be expressed on mesothelioma cells. By destroying these cells, sacituzumab govitecan may help slow or stop the growth of your cancer. It is given intravenously (by vein).
The purpose of this study is to evaluate the effectiveness of treating patients with recurrent and newly diagnosed glioblastoma using new therapies that are thought to be effective for treating brain cancer. The new therapies available as part of this clinical trial include regorafenib, VAL-083, and paxalisib.
Researchers want to see how well the combination of obinutuzumab, sonrotoclax, and zanubrutinib works against leukemia and lymphoma. The people in this study have chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) or small lymphocytic lymphoma (SLL) that has not been treated.

Researchers are assessing a new way of giving isatuximab with carfilzomib and dexamethasone in people with multiple myeloma. Isatuximab is injected under the skin using a wearable device attached to the skin of the stomach area. Carfilzomib will be given intravenously (by vein). Dexamethasone can be taken orally (by mouth) or intravenously.
In addition, their cancers have a mutation (change) in the G12C location of the KRAS gene. Olomorasib may help slow or stop the growth of cancers with KRAS G12C mutations. It is taken orally (by mouth).
