Researchers want to find the best dose of BMS-986458 to use alone and with rituximab to treat lymphoma. The people in this study have non-Hodgkin lymphoma (NHL) that came back or keeps growing after treatment.
Treatment for cancer can cause unwanted side effects affecting the skin that may be associated with itching or pain. These side effects may have a direct link to the immune system's response to cancer.
Cushing's syndrome occurs when the adrenal glands produce too much of the "stress hormone" known as cortisol. This can be caused by a tumor which develops in the pituitary gland and secretes a hormone called adrenocorticotropic hormone (ACTH). Cushing's syndrome can also be caused by an ACTH-secreting tumor elsewhere in the body, or by a tumor in the adrenal glands that makes cortisol.
Liver stereotactic ablative radiotherapy (L-SABR) is a standard treatment that uses radiation therapy to target tumors that have spread to the liver while limiting the radiation dose to surrounding organs. L-SABR may also boost the immune response.

The people in this study have pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDAC) that has metastasized (spread). In addition, their cancers have a mutation (change) in the MTAP gene. This results in a lack of the MTAP protein, which may help cancer grow.
Researchers want to see how well volrustomig works to treat people with inoperable head and neck squamous cell cancer (HNSCC). Inoperable means the cancer cannot be taken out with surgery. The people in this study have HNSCC that has not grown after chemotherapy and radiation given at the same time.
A mutation called G12C in a gene called KRAS may promote cancer growth. LY3537982 is an investigational drug that targets the mutated KRAS G12C protein. This targeting action may stop cancer cells from growing and dividing.
