Get to Know Me

I’m a pathologist at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center (MSK). In my role, I help oversee medical laboratories that run, review, and report the test results that help guide your care.

I’m passionate about laboratory medicine because it gives me the chance to improve care for both patients and providers. I view the medical laboratory as an important partner in every patient’s treatment. A single improvement in how quickly and accurately a lab test runs can positively impact thousands of medical decisions.

My team and I make sure that every blood test, tissue sample, and lab report gives your care team clear, fast, and reliable answers. This helps them make the right decisions about your treatment.

In the lab, we use the latest advances in genetics and biomarkers. These are special blood and cell markers that offer clues about what is going on inside the body. We also use digital health data to identify the exact profile of the cancer.

I focus on designing lab processes that prevent errors and make complex data easy for doctors and patients to understand. Our advanced lab tests can help your doctor select therapies that are tailored to each person’s biology and specific cancer diagnosis.

I work to bring together laboratory scientists, technology experts, and doctors. By uniting these teams, we turn new scientific research into everyday clinical care. This helps you and your family navigate treatment with confidence, safety, and precision and improves treatment results.

What I Do at MSK
