I am a board-certified medical oncologist with expertise in gastrointestinal malignancies, such as colorectal, gastric, and esophageal cancer, and pancreatobiliary cancers. I am a member of MSK’s colorectal, upper GI, and hepatobiliary disease management teams.
After completing oncology and hematology training at NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital, Cornell Medical Center, I joined the team at MSK Rockville Centre in 2005. My colleagues and I offer a multidisciplinary approach utilizing the most recent advanced treatments in medical oncology and state-of-the-art radiation oncology. We also offer novel chemotherapy, targeted therapies, and monoclonal antibody therapies as well as genetic testing — which can help individualize treatment — closer to home.
As part of our research efforts, we are actively enrolling patients in a growing number of clinical trials at MSK Rockville Centre, allowing patients to receive the most advanced care closer to home on Long Island. We offer a warm, intimate environment, where doctors, nurses, and support staff collaborate with local physicians and facilities to take care of the medical, social, nutritional, and psychological needs of our patients.
