A Case for MAID: Patient and Clinicians’ Perspectives

Share

The Patient and Family Advisory Council for Quality (PFACQ), in partnership with the Division of Quality and Safety, invites you to join in a special panel discussion on Monday, May 9, 2022, about Medical Aid in Dying (MAID).

MAID is now law in several states, including New Jersey. Preparing for meaningful conversations between clinicians, patients, and caregivers is essential. PFACQ will bring together a panel — including a journalist who covers MAID, two clinicians, and a patient — to discuss the importance of navigating these critical conversations and supporting patients and caregivers through end-of-life decisions.
