Our program prides itself on a large, diverse group of mentors with deep expertise across a broad range of subjects. Each rotation typically has a rotation director as well as one or more rotation mentors. Oral and/or written examinations are delivered at the end of most rotations.

Treatment Planning
- 21 weeks
- Seven blocks of progressive training, including Beam Properties and MU Calcs, Imaging for Planning, 2D-3D Planning and Contouring, IMRT/VMAT Planning, SRS/SBRT Planning, and Advanced Topics
- Dedicated physics and planning mentors for each block

Calibration, QA, and Dosimetry Physics
- 21 weeks
- Five blocks of training, including Detectors, Treatment Machines, Imaging Devices, TPS Commissioning and QA, and Special Topics

Brachytherapy
- 12 weeks

Clinical Elective
- 10 weeks
- Elective time may be used for clinical projects, expansion of other rotations, or other activities approved by the Program Director
- This block includes time for commissioning activities (typically 4-6 weeks)
Ongoing Clinical Service and Activities
- 2 years (concurrent with primary rotations)
- Clinical service including in-vivo dosimetry, patient-specific QA, and machine QA
- Weekly seminar, weekly clinical case review sessions including journal club and task group presentations
- Clinical projects and research opportunities
