Constantinos T. Sofocleous
Constantinos Sofocleous, MD, PhD

The Constantinos Sofocleous Lab focuses in the exploration, assessment, and validation of tissue and image biomarkers after local and locoregional therapies for metastatic colorectal cancer. The research staff includes experts in radiation physics, 3D software applications in medicine, histopathology and molecular cytology, immune response and cross-sectional and metabolic imaging. Ongoing collaborations with molecular cytology core lab, epidemiology and statistics, radiation safety and physics are crucial for the translational aspects of our research. Additional collaborators include clinical pathologists, computational laboratories, immunology experts bioengineers, interventional radiologists and medical oncologists.
