Researchers want to find the best dose of xaluritamig to treat prostate cancer. The people in this study have prostate cancer that has not metastasized (spread) but keeps growing after treatment. Their doctors believe their cancers may respond to hormonal therapies that lower cancer-fueling testosterone. This type of cancer is called non-metastatic castration-sensitive prostate cancer.
The purpose of this study is to evaluate the safety and effectiveness of cesium-131 (Cs-131) brachytherapy in patients with brain cancer that has come back after prior radiation therapy and who will be having surgery to remove it. Brachytherapy involves the placement of radioactive seeds into the brain during surgery. The seeds remain in place permanently in the area where the tumor was removed and give off cancer-killing radiation temporarily.
Researchers are finding the best dose of ASP2138 to use in people with advanced digestive cancers. Researchers are seeking the best dose of CLSP-1025 to use in people with advanced solid tumors. The people in this study have cancers with a mutation (change) in the p53 gene called R175H. They are also positive for a specific human leukocyte antigen (HLA type A*0201). HLA is a protein on cells that plays an important role in the immune response to foreign substances.

In this study, researchers are assessing a new way to determine the best dosing of fludarabine. The people in this study are children and young adults getting CAR T-cell therapy for B-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia (B-ALL). Their cancer has come back or keeps growing despite treatment. They will be getting a CAR T-cell therapy called tisagenlecleucel (Kymriah).

The purpose of this study is to find the highest dose of the investigational drug RLY-2608 that can be used alone in people with advanced solid tumors and with fulvestrant in people with advanced breast cancer. Participants in this study will have cancers that contain a mutation in a gene called PIK3CA. Their cancers must have continued to grow despite treatment or be inoperable.
